    • The Alliance for Retired Americans Board of Directors has authority to make public policy as well as governance decisions.  Since 2001, the Board has adopted resolutions on important issues for older Americans and their families.  These Resolutions include Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, prescription drugs, housing, retiree health care, long-term care and pension and savings protections, among others.
